Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Full-time/PRN)
Edenbrook Rochester, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!
Primary Job Responsibilities
- $3,500 (Full-time)
- $500 (PRN)

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
- Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
- Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
- Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
- Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
- A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
