Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Equipment Operator, Landscaper, and General Laborer to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape machinery with precision and safety.
• Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, and planting identification to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist with tree trimming, shrubbery care, and grounds cleanup to maintain safety and visual standards.
• Support installation and repair of irrigation systems while adhering to pesticide management protocols and horticultural best practices.
• Use hand tools effectively for planting, edging, digging, and other landscaping tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols diligently during outdoor work to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Contribute to general labor tasks including site preparation, debris removal, hardscape installation, and grounds upkeep across multiple projects.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment operation.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, plant identification, and horticulture practices.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor work environments.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify pests or diseases affecting plants and implement appropriate pesticide management strategies.
• Familiarity with safety protocol adherence for outdoor work environments involving heavy machinery and power tools.
• Prior experience working outdoors or in grounds maintenance roles is preferred but not required; a positive attitude toward learning is essential.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when needed.
