Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
• Develop and execute Eden Home Care’s regional growth strategy, driving referrals, client acquisition, and brand expansion.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable the sales and client-services teams to meet and exceed revenue and census goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources: hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners.
• Serve as the liaison between marketing, operations, and clinical staff to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery.
• Use clinical expertise to enhance credibility and trust with referral partners and families.
Client Services & Clinical Oversight
• Oversee the client intake and assessment process, ensuring all evaluations are clinically appropriate and compliant with regulations.
• Review care plans, coordinate with nursing staff, and ensure safe, effective care transitions.
• Serve as the clinical authority on complex cases, client escalations, and service planning decisions.
• Ensure ongoing communication with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Operational & Team Management

Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri (required).
• BSN required; MSN, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in home care, home health, or related healthcare management.
