The Opportunity

We are working with a growing financial planning firm looking to appoint a Paraplanner to join their technical support team. This is a key role within the business, working closely with advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant, and client-focused financial planning support.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner looking to develop their technical expertise within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters
• Conduct research across pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products
• Analyse client financial information including risk profiles and capacity for loss
• Support advisers with technical queries and case preparation
• Liaise with providers to obtain product information, illustrations, and policy details
• Ensure all advice documentation meets FCA compliance standards
• Maintain accurate client records on internal systems
  
  

About You

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards)
• Previous paraplanning or financial services experience
• Strong technical understanding of pensions and investments
• High attention to detail with a “right first time” approach
• Confident communicator with good organisational skills
• Ability to work well within a team and support advisers effectively
