PSR Scope of Services
Psychosocial Rehabilitation services are intended to restore a recipient’s skills and abilities essential for independent living and effective life management. These services emphasize functional skill development rather than symptom reduction and may include:
- Development and maintenance of daily living skills
- Food planning and preparation
- Money management and budgeting
- Maintenance of the living environment
- Training in appropriate use of community services
- Medication use education and routine support
- Independent living and social skills training
- Housing-related skill development
- Prevocational and transitional employment rehabilitation
- Social support and network enhancement
- Cognitive and socialization skills for work readiness
- Work readiness assessment
- Job development and job matching
- On-the-job training and job support
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily operations of the Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program
- Conduct registrations, assessments, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress
- Facilitate group sessions focused on social, educational, and life skills development
- Maintain accurate progress notes and attendance records
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, and care teams
- Provide education to clients and families regarding health and medications
- Ensure client safety, confidentiality, and compliance with all standards
- Support program quality and participate in team meetings and initiatives
Background Screening Requirement
This position requires completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, pursuant to House Bill 531 (2025).

Applicants must be eligible to successfully complete all required background screening prior to employment.
Employment Terms
- Status: W-2 Employee
- Minimum Work Requirement: At least 34 hours per month
- Schedule: Flexible; based on service needs and mutual agreement
- Location: Community-based and/or outpatient settings within Florida
Compensation: $20-24 per hour
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
