Eden II Programs is looking for a Behavioral Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders in our clinic
- Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition strategies in the context of social, communication, and daily living skills
- Work with families on parenting skills, communication, and support for children
- Collect data on progress through monthly reports and online summaries
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals in a collaborative team environment
- Maintain professional standards and comply with professional conduct policies
Skills:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience working with children with autism preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work independently and be self-directed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.60 - $22.00 per hour
