Eden HHC is looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team. We are looking for RN's in the Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside County and Orange County. The candidate must have minimum of 1 year professional home health nursing experience. We use Kinnser/Wellsky for EMR, can train if needed.Position is for Per Diem Field RN. Must be willing to travel to visit patients for admission, re-certification, resumption of care, supervisory visit, discharge visit, IV infusion and other RN required visits to different cities.Candidates must have:Must be flexible with daily scheduleMust be comfortable with fast pace work environmentWilling to be on the road, as this is a visiting/field positionCurrent active RN license in the state of CaliforniaCurrent CPR, Health clearance, TB clearanceMinimum of one year of RN work experience, home health preferredMust pass criminal background checkReliable transportationDriver’s license without restrictionsProficiency in OASIS charting and timely submission of documents, will train if neededProof of COVID-19 vaccinations, unless exemptMust have team player attitudeResponsibilities:Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needsProvide service and /or treatments requiring substantial and specialized nursing skillsInitiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures and therapy referralsEducate and support the patient, family and caregiver in meeting nursing and related needsPerform duties consistent with the Nursing Practice Act including the Standards of Competent Performance.Initiates plan of care and participates in case conferencesEmail us your resume or if you would prefer, call us during office hours (626) 573-1001, Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm speak to Paula to schedule an interview.
