MDS Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate MDS Nurse in Midland, Michigan, to join our dedicated healthcare team.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and coordinate the completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of MDS to support quality care and reimbursement.

• Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
