With over 80 million Americans affected and $600 billion in annual medical costs attributed to metabolic disorders, we provide accessible solutions that empower people to improve their health and maintain lasting results. Our goal is simple: transform lives through education and effective, outcomes-driven care.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Clinical Operations System Coordinator to serve as the operational anchor for all things clinical content. This role supports our medical and pharmacy operations by ensuring our clinical documentation is accurate, centralized, and audit-ready.
You’ll manage and maintain key documents including monographs, Certificates of Analysis (C of A), dosing protocols, and prescribing guidelines. You’ll also serve as a systems operator—owning documentation workflows, managing version control, and coordinating cross-functional updates with our internal teams and pharmacy partners.
This role does not require you to be a pharmacist—but you must be highly organized, clinically literate, able to work independently in a regulated environment, and capable of managing complex projects like facilitating product launch of new products.
Your Responsibilities
Clinical Documentation & Systems Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact between medical partners, pharmacy partners, and internal telehealth operations teams.
- Maintain a centralized repository of clinical documents (e.g., drug monographs, C of A reports, dosing protocols, physician SOPs).
- Need to be able to speak clinically and professionally, with the ability to communicate influentially and professionally with medical professionals
- Ensure version control, change logs, and regulatory readiness across all documentation.
- Partner with Medical, Pharmacy, and Compliance stakeholders to collect and standardize new protocols and clinical updates.
- Prefer a deep understanding of pharmacy and pharmaceutical protocol design
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the operational bridge between Medical Ops, Pharmacy Ops, and external pharmacy/medical partners to ensure up-to-date clinical alignment.
- Manage documentation workflows using systems such as Google Drive, Notion, or Airtable.
- Translate clinical updates into clear, usable formats for fulfillment and support teams.
- Act as system administrator with the guiding principle that every patient should have a clear communication plan and strong understanding of their experience with Eden.
Operational Project Management
- Own simple, recurring workflows (e.g., protocol updates, document rollouts) from end to end.
- Drive completion of key updates with minimal supervision—set deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and track deliverables.
- Identify and close execution gaps that introduce ambiguity, risk, or inefficiency into clinical workflows.
- Support and facilitate the launch of new products for our telehealeth operations
Compliance & Audit Support
- Prepare documentation for internal QA and external regulatory audits.
- Ensure all clinical materials meet internal standards and are easily accessible by relevant teams.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory when updates are required.
What You Bring to Eden
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Public Health, Biology, Nursing, Chemistry, Health Sciences).
- 3–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical documentation, or pharmacy support.
- Familiarity with clinical terminology, medication protocols, and health system workflows.
- Strong organizational and systems thinking—able to maintain structure in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Self-starter with experience managing projects independently (formal PMP not required).
- Proficient in cloud-based tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, or similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting telehealth or pharmacy-related operations.
- Exposure to GLP-1s, metabolic health, or compounding practices.
- In-depth experience implementing EMR systems
- Background in pharmacy compounding (503a or 503b)
- Strong experience in a functional medicine or related environment is a major plus
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies (FDA, NABP) or medical-legal review processes.
Why This Role Matters
Our doctors and pharmacists depend on clear, up-to-date documentation to deliver safe, effective care. You’ll be the operational owner of that clarity—ensuring every clinical update is captured, documented, and executed with precision.
This isn’t a “support” role—it’s a critical systems coordination role that ensures every patient touchpoint downstream is grounded in accurate clinical data.
Strategic Context
This role sits within the VP of Operations & Supply Chain org and operates at the intersection of medical, pharmacy, and internal fulfillment workflows. It’s designed to fill a critical clinical execution gap with someone who can work independently, drive clarity across teams, and bring clinical structure into operational workflows
