Travel Nurse - RN - Telemetry

We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - RN specializing in Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients requiring continuous monitoring of cardiac and other vital signs, ensuring prompt interventions when necessary.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care instructions.
