Pay Range: $15.00 hourly benefits

Role Summary:

As a Packaging Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our packaging processes. You will play a pivotal role in our supply chain to ensure product is able to into available inventory for patients, in a timely fashion. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential as you work to package our products safely, accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment to meet production goals
• Inspect and verify that packaging materials meet quality standards
• Assemble, pack, and label products according to specifications
• Monitor production lines to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging activities and ensure timely delivery of products
• Follow and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
• Perform routine maintenance on packaging machinery to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to pass level two LiveScan background screening and pre-employment drug screen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in packaging or assembly line related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and technologies
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
