Eden Commercial & Consulting LLC is expanding our Residential & Commercial Cleaning Division and seeking reliable 1099 Independent Contractors to join our team. We provide high‑quality cleaning services throughout Dallas, Ennis, Waxahachie, Lancaster, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Mesquite, and surrounding areas.
This is a 1099 contractor position paid per job, not hourly. Weekly earnings vary based on the number of jobs accepted. Contractors work on the road, traveling to client locations within their local area. This is a flexible contractor opportunity ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering excellent cleaning results, communicate professionally, and enjoy managing their own schedule.
We are looking for dependable indvidual cleaners to perform residential and commercial cleaning services including:
Residential Cleaning Services
Standard home cleaning, deep cleaning, move‑in / move‑out cleaning, airbnb turnovers, Add‑on services (fridge, oven, windows, etc.)
Commercial Cleaning Services
Office cleaning, retail space cleaning, small business cleaning, post‑construction cleaning (optional)
Contractors keep 100% of tips.
Requirements
- Follow checklists provided by clients for each cleaning type
- Maintain professionalism with clients
- Communicate arrival times, job completion, and issues
- Bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure quality and consistency on every job
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a working smartphone
- Must be able to pass a background check. Contractors must complete a background check at their own expense before accepting jobs. This is part of our client safety screening process and does not imply employment.
- Must be legally able to work as a contractor
- Have cleaning experience
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail oriented
- Contractors travel to client locations within the Dallas–Ennis region. Jobs are assigned based on your location, availability, and service area preference.
Pay: $100.00 - $850.00 per week
