Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Local to the Addison, IL area
• Experience in a production machining or assembly environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through mindset
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to ITAR regulations)

Nice to Have

• CNC programming experience, especially multi-axis machining
• Familiarity with Mastercam (programming) and SolidWorks (modeling)
• Background in aerospace, defense, or electromechanical components
• Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement mindset

🔹 Manufacturing Engineer

• Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 DOE
• Focus: 80% manual assembly / 20% machining
• Experience: 5 years

🔹 Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 DOE
• Focus: 60% CNC machining / 40% assembly
• Experience: 10 years

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and maintain BOMs and routings for complex aerospace products
• Drive process improvements across machining, assembly, and special processes
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Design tooling and fixtures to reduce cost and increase throughput
• Translate engineering drawings and requirements into manufacturing strategies
• Support capital projects, materials review board, and AS9100 compliance
