We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help us scale growth through effective creative production. Working alongside our Creative Director, this role brings seasonal campaigns, email programs, paid social, and brand moments to life — working inside an established design system while helping push it forward.
The ideal candidate has strong visual instincts, is experienced in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, has hands-on email build experience, and brings the curiosity, courage, and drive to do work that makes an impact.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Brand & Website Creative
- Design commerce and digital merchandising creative for our DTC and Amazon stores
- Produce packaging and unboxing design assets, from concepting to final production files
- Create print materials such as package inserts, direct mailers, and other physical touchpoints
- Contribute to an evolving design system, applying components and templates efficiently
- Advertising Creative
- Create high-performance assets for paid social, including both static and animated ad formats
- Produce creative across multiple categories, themes, and angles to support ongoing testing
- Design at scale and iterate quickly – building variation sets to support testing and optimization
- Partner with the media buying team to align creative with campaign strategy and objectives
- Email & SMS Creative
- Design and build email and SMS campaigns in Figma and Klaviyo
- Support automated flow creative using existing templates and design systems
- Maintain visual consistency, brand fidelity, and best practices for deliverability
- Help streamline production processes to reduce turnaround time without sacrificing quality
- Performance Strategy, Innovation & Iteration
- Review key performance metrics to inform creative refinements and variations
- Apply testing insights across both paid social and CRM to continuously sharpen creative output
- Stay current on design trends, best practices, and emerging tools – bringing new ideas to life
- Document learnings and share insights with the broader team to inform ongoing creative strategy
- 30% – Brand & Website Creative
- 30% – Paid Social Advertising Creative
- 30% – Email & SMS Channel Creative
- 10% – Performance Strategy, Innovation & Iteration
- 2 years of design experience with a strong digital portfolio (campaigns, advertising, email, web)
- Intermediate Figma proficiency – components, auto-layout, variants, and working within a design system
- Email design experience using block-builder tools (Klaviyo or equivalent)
- Social ad creative experience — static and motion formats for paid campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator at minimum)
- Brand or agency background in ecommerce or consumer goods preferred
- Curiosity for the craft, courage to keep adapting, and a drive to impact and innovate
- Passion for gardening or the gardening lifestyle a major plus
