Edelweiss Bakery opened in 2005 and has been providing fresh breads, breakfast pastries, coffee, breakfast, lunch and desserts to the residents of Prior Lake and the surrounding communities for more than 20 years. Located in downtown Prior Lake, Edelweiss serves as a cornerstone of the local community, a place for families and friends to gather.
We are currently hiring a Morning Baker. The ideal candidate should be an early riser, punctual, hard working, with a can-do attitude who genuinely enjoys working in the kitchen. Those that can multitask, take direction, and work equally well independently and as part of a team are encouraged to apply.

- Full Time 35 - 40 hours a week
- 5 shifts a week / Must be able to work Saturdays & Sundays
- Tuesday - Friday shifts starting at 4AM to 12PM (Closed Mondays)
- Saturday & Sunday shifts starting at 3AM to 11AM
- Closed on Mondays
- Closed on all major Holidays

We are currently hiring a morning baker to join our production staff at the bakery. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working person who enjoys being part of a dynamic team. This is a full-time position.
High Volume Viennoiserie / Lamination experience highly preferred.
Duties will include: scaling, mixing, baking, breads, croissants, danishes, and donuts. Other responsibilities include kitchen prep & production, along with various additional kitchen tasks.
A Baking & Pastry Degree is preferred with a minimum of 1 year working experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a small, independently owned and operated company.
