Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour, based on experience
Entry-Level: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Experienced: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, plus a minimal rotating on-call schedule.
Performance Pay: Average technicians earn approximately $2.00-$3.00 more per hour through performance incentives, with top-performing technicians earning approximately $5.00 more per hour.

What You'll Do
- Complete residential HVAC tune-ups, maintenance, and inspections
- Identify equipment wear, inefficiencies, and potential problems
- Evaluate system condition and communicate findings to customers
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain quality standards
- Continue developing your HVAC technical and diagnostic skills
The underlying role focuses on planned maintenance while building technicians' technical skills and ability to identify system concerns before they become larger problems.
What We're Looking For
- HVAC maintenance, service, schooling, or related field experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Solid diagnostic skills for experienced-level placement
- Professional customer communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
- EPA certification or ability to obtain it after starting
