Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vehicle cleaning including washing, vacuuming, interior detailing, and exterior polishing at customer locations.
- Execute advanced detailing tasks such as buffing, window tinting, and paint correction to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Use specialized equipment and products to clean and restore vehicle surfaces while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about services performed and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly and maintain a high standard of quality on every job.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work area to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all company procedures for vehicle handling, safety protocols, and customer interactions.
Experience
- Prior experience in car wash, auto detailing, or custodial work is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Experience with buffing, window tinting, and general vehicle cleaning techniques preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to safely travel between customer locations.
- Knowledge of janitorial or custodial practices that can be applied to vehicle cleaning processes.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a mobile or on-site service role is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
