- Shipping, receiving and warehouse management including customer instruments and STO’s.
- Prepare export and import documents in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements;
- Ensure daily shipment to customers in the geographical area, taking into account deadlines, administrative constraints and customs regulations;
- Carry out the follow-up of shipments, the registration of customs documents and their control;
- Communication with the customer for shipment tracking;
- Product handling and storage;
- Receiving, checking and storing products and goods;
- Preparation of deliveries and shipments;
- Labelling, grading and packaging of products and goods;
- Ensure the proper management of the warehouse.
- Maintain accountability for the preparation, booking and management of all customer shipments and transportation, and reporting on KPIs
- Keep customers informed of progress either directly, through liaison with the Sales Support team or through the Sales Order Processing team
- Cross train into areas as defined by management, targeting procurement activities.
- High school degree or associate degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping in a manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of export/import compliance
- Excellent time and priority management skills;
- Be organized;
- Knowledge of inventory control and manufacturing operations;
- Proficient in MS Office Suite;
- Knowledge of general international shipping rules;
- Knowledge of an ERP system (asset);
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Rigorous, responsive and versatile.
