Office Location: Arcadia, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents with daily tasks and scheduling
- Help coordinate meetings, office activities, and basic operations
- Support property management tasks such as tenant communication and maintenance follow-ups
- Maintain organized files, documents, and records
- Communicate with clients, tenants, and vendors as needed
- Help with simple marketing tasks like posting listings or ads
- Assist with front desk duties and general office support
Requirements:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- Friendly, professional, and a team player
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Bilingual in Chinese preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
Experience:
- Real estate, office, or property management experience is a plus but not required
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
