What You’ll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the daily operations of the Day Center, including personal care services, kitchen operations, and engaging activities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with home care, therapy, transportation, nursing, social work, and medical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Drive Quality: Serve on quality assurance, safety, and infection control committees—implementing best practices that keep our participants safe and thriving.
- Create Experiences: Oversee on-site meals, special events, volunteer programs, and activities that enrich the lives of our participants.
- Empower Your Team: Provide supervision, guidance, and support to staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to care plans.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, or related fields preferred.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and participant-centered care.
- Be part of a nationally recognized PACE program that helps seniors live independently while receiving comprehensive care.

- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3 years' experience in related field OR ten years' experience in related field with supervisory experience.
