Position Description:
The Client Services Manager is responsible for supporting the Client Services Lead Manager in leading the Client Services team. The Client Services Manager ensures that the Eddy House facility is clean, safe, and organized. The Client Services Manager provides support to Client Services Specialists on duty and ensures team members are properly trained and adhering to shift expectations. In addition to reporting to the Client Services Lead Manager, this role delegates tasks, assists with hiring new team members, and facilitates performance reviews.
Essential Job Functions may include the following or other duties as assigned:
- Develop positive relationships with clients and team members while modeling healthy boundaries
- Ensure food pantry, clothing closet, and resource hall are appropriately stocked and organized
- Manage inventory of essential items including food, clothing, and hygiene supplies
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, positive energy, and compassionate support for clients, staff, and community partners; continually representing a unified leadership perspective that maintains a results-oriented, learning organization culture to increase positive social impact
- Collaborate with Client Services team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting
- Prioritize the safety and security of Eddy House for clients, staff, and community partners
- Ensure adherence to Eddy House policies and procedures
- Retain a flexible schedule in order to cover additional shifts as necessary
- Assist with client transportation as necessary
- Provide excellent professional service in person and on the phone. All communication is professional, client focused, and helpful
- Assist others as requested or assigned and perform related duties as required
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Maintain professional and courteous appearance and demeanor
- Share in the ownership of Eddy House values
Requirements/Qualifications

- Minimum: Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current vehicle registration and insurance.
- Associates or Bachelors, preferred.
- Previous experience in youth services, preferred.
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and be culturally competent and sensitive to client needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and other web-based applications and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and in a calm and pleasant manner.
- High level of organization and attention to detail with demonstrated interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and write checklists, reports, and correspondence. Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions, memos, etc.
- Ability to analyze and perform complex computations with reasonable speed and accuracy. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands, stand, walk, bend, drive, and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision, and ability to adjust focus working with computer business equipment and while driving. The overall nature of the position is sedentary requiring little physical effort and light exertion. There is occasional exposure to environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and temperature changes.
