Financial Analyst (FP&A & AI-Enabled Finance)
Location: Greenwood, South Carolina (On-site)

Role Overview
We are seeking a forward-thinking Financial Analyst to join our finance team and help drive data-informed decision-making across the business. This role goes beyond traditional FP&A by integrating modern analytics, automation, and AI tools into financial workflows.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with technical curiosity, leveraging tools such as advanced Excel, BI platforms, and emerging AI solutions to enhance forecasting, reporting, and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities
Core FP&A & Business Partnering
- Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, including KPI tracking and variance analysis vs. plan and prior year
- Partner cross-functionally to support decision-making and cost optimization initiatives
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Product Costing & Profitability
- Own product costing models, pricing analytics, and margin analysis
- Evaluate cost drivers and recommend strategies to improve profitability
- Support pricing strategy through data-driven insights
Data, Automation & AI Enablement
- Leverage data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) to build dashboards and visualizations
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate workflows and enhance analysis
- Develop automated financial models and reporting pipelines
- Collaborate with IT/data teams to improve data quality and governance
Close & Reporting Support
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, lookups)
Preferred / High-Impact Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or product-based environments
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Datarails
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data tools
