Senior Litigation Paralegal (Certified) — Eddington Law Firm, Denver

- Calendar and track SOLs and deadlines (nothing slips)
- Order, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, and wage-loss docs
- Build demand packages, mediation statements, and deposition summaries
- Talk to clients like a human being — you're often their first call
- Coordinate with opposing counsel, courts, and experts
- Prep trial binders and support attorneys at trial
- Keep files current in Clio; pitch in on intake overflow when it's busy
What we're looking for:
- 5 years as a litigation paralegal — PI / plaintiff-side strongly preferred
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate and/or national certification (NALA CP, NFPA RP, or equivalent)
- Know the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and e-filing cold
- Thrive under high-volume deadlines without missing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Clio experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required
