Duties
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and pet care.
- Schedule appointments for veterinary services, grooming, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of client information, pet history, and services rendered.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for clients and their pets.
- Provide information on pet care, training options, and general animal health.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records as required.
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy reception area.
Schedule
This position offers weekday shifts (6:30am - 12:30pm or 12:30pm - 7pm) with a required weekend rotation. Specific hours may vary, but flexibility is essential to support the team and maintain smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in dog training or veterinary settings is highly desirable.
