What You’ll Do
Lead Innovation & Product Development
- Spearhead the design and development of new products and improve existing ones
- Optimize manufacturing processes using the latest tools and technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team
- Collaborate across departments to ensure engineering solutions meet real-world customer needs
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Oversee adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality protocols
- Develop strategies for product safety, risk mitigation, and reliability
- Stay ahead of evolving regulations and proactively address compliance challenges
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- Proven track record in product development and engineering leadership
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
- Experience navigating compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to align technical strategies with business goals and customer insights
