The Opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of site delivery across local commercial projects — from mobilisation through to closeout — ensuring programme, quality, safety, and client expectations are met at every stage.
Requirements
- 8 years’ experience in commercial construction
- Experience running projects on site as a Superintendent/Lead Superintendent ready to step up
- Ability to manage schedule, subs, inspections, and day‑to‑day site operations
- Strong communication and leadership style – able to drive performance while maintaining good relationships
