Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Operator/CNC, where you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality components through precise machining and fabrication processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery, including CNC lathes, milling machines, and CMM inspection equipment. Our shop utilizes Mastercam and Haas mills and lathes for machining as well as Verisurf software for our FARO Arm and a Laser Tracker for quality inspection.

Set up and calibrate machinery and fabrication tools using blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and technical drawings.
Program CNC equipment utilizing Haas and Fanuc controls and other programmable logic controllers to optimize production runs.
Read and interpret detailed blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to ensure accurate machining and assembly.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions and quality standards during production.
Handle materials safely within the warehouse environment, including materials handling, tooling setup, and packaging of finished products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; operate hand tools and welding equipment as needed for fabrication tasks.
Support quality control processes by inspecting parts for defects or deviations from specifications.
Strong mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, fabrication, tooling setup, and materials handling.
Familiarity with CNC programming languages such as G-code or M-code; experience with CAM programming is a plus.
