HighPointEDC is looking for a sharp, organized, and positive Live Stream Operations Assistant to support our live selling shows while our Sales Team is streaming.
This role runs the backend—keeping orders clean, accurate, and moving—so the show stays smooth and professional. You’ll be working on a computer during live streams and coordinating with the shipping team in real time.

Responsibilities
- Input live auction numbers into Google Sheets accurately
- Write buyer names on products clearly and correctly
- Rubber-band and tape items for order organization
- Assist with label printing for the shipping team when needed
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve shipping or order issues as they come up
- Communicate clearly with the streamer and team during live shows
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (numbers matter here)
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer systems
- Able to stay calm, focused, and accurate in a fast-paced live environment

Pay & Trial Period
- $13/hour
- 1–3 day paid trial period
- If it’s a good fit on both sides, you’ll be officially added to payroll
