Overview
Join our venues Pre-faire Operations Grounds Crew and help prepare our property for an upcoming event in the fall. This hands-on position starts July 27th and is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a dependable team. Daily work may include landscaping, painting, general grounds preparation, moving supplies, and assisting with setup projects throughout the venue. We’re looking for reliable team members with positive attitudes that are comfortable handling physical tasks and jumping in wherever help is needed to get the property ready for opening day.
Skills and Qualifications
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in summer weather
- Comfortable staying active throughout the workday
- Able to lift and carry approximately 30-40 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Able to follow directions and work well with a team
- Landscaping, painting, maintenance, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
