Responsibilities
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and efficiency using hand tools and power tools.
- Talking to the customer about any issues they are experiencing.
- Inspecting and assessing tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality, and overall health.
- Recommending appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires.
- Repairing punctures and replacing faulty valves.
- Installing new tires.
- Balancing tires
- Studding tires for snow use.
- Conducting inventory and maintaining equipment.
- Assist customers by explaining services, recommending solutions, and providing excellent customer service.
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle tires and vehicle components during service procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Experience in tire service, wheel alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward sales and service opportunities.
- Automotive service experience is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
