We are looking for a motivated individual that is interested in an opportunity to gain hands-on experience providing administrative support to our operations team at our Ewing, NJ location. This is a paid internship that would provide support up to 30 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking meeting minutes
- Preparing reports
- Inputting data, creating spreadsheets
- Assistance with special projects
Qualifications
- Student is currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to commute reliably to the office
- Proficient on a PC/Windows platform
- Enjoy having fun and working for a unique, creative company
