What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm service appointments

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person

Accurately process customer payments and handle cashier duties

Support the service advisors and team with administrative tasks

Maintain organized records and ensure all customer interactions are documented

Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in a high-volume setting
