This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager at the Collision Center of Ed Voyles Acura-Kia, located in Chamblee, GA. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing repair processes, managing team performance, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs. The role requires collaboration with insurance adjusters, maintaining inventory, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in team supervision and performance management.
- Knowledge of collision repair processes, vehicle maintenance, and industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills, with the ability to monitor resources and ensure cost efficiency.
