Job Description:

Live and embody the core values daily.

Unloading Railcars/ Monitoring storage level daily.

Operation of counter sales LP dispenser.
-
Service the needs of walk in customers.
-
Maintain cleanliness and order of Nampa Yard.
-
Assist customers on phone when able.
-
Stock and organize retail items in office.
-
Manage inventory of yard related items and coordinate with vendors to ensure items remain stocked.

Take ownership of the entire yard.
-
Expand skills and knowledge of the industry consistently learning more.
Expectations:

Show up to work on time with a positive attitude, ready to work. Stay in your lane.

Shift starts at 8am.

Report all negative incidents to management promptly.

Complete required paperwork daily.

Do your work with safety as the number 1 priority.

Be a team player, be willing to help wherever help is needed.

Keep a good attitude with customers and always take care of them.

Address concerns with management before they become a problem.

Prioritize unloading of railcars by watching percentages.

Advise management when unloading railcar with information off railcar.

Communicate with office staff when going to lunch or any discrepancies on paperwork.
