Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc., located in Redmond, Oregon. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for working with customers, answering inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and handling customer requests and orders in a professional and timely manner.
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full time - hourly position that offers compensation of $20 to $24 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, Ed Staub & Sons Petroleum, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid holidays and vacations.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information and referring to upper management for resolution where necessary.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers in an accurate and timely manner.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Maintain customer databases, payment records, and other records.
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach with all customers.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest changes and improvements.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
• At least two years’ experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under strict deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
