Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, packaging, and movement of materials within the production area
- Operate basic machinery and tools following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, ensuring proper technique to prevent injury
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe environment
- Follow all safety standards in production, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Support quality control processes by inspecting products for defects or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with basic machinery operation is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production settings, including proper PPE use
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new tasks
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Must Have Nevada Health Card
