Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and more
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay up to date on factory training and certification requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of professional automotive technician experience
- Master Technician or ASE Certifications highly preferred. Used car experience is a MUST.
- Factory training/certification is a strong plus (GM, Cadillac or Alfa Romeo)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Must be willing to submit to a background check, DMV screen, and drug screen
