Ed Morse is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Manage and Coordinate facility maintenance and minor repairs
- Minor electrical tasks
- Minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Minor A/C tasks
- Painting
- Some equipment repairs
- Grounds maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Must be able to perform physical tasks with some ladder work
- Maintenance experience is preferred
- A positive attitude with excellent communications skills
- Strong work ethic
- Neat Appearance
- Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
- Must complete a pre-employment background screening that includes a background check and drug screen
- Drivers License is required
