Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding personalized service to clients and customers through one-on-one consultations, styling advice, and wardrobe curation.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build lasting client relationships by maintaining detailed client records and conducting regular outreach and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, designers, and brand awareness across both men's and women's luxury collections.
- Maintain store visual standards, ensuring merchandise is beautifully presented at all times.
- Handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring client confidentiality and security.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and receiving of new collections.
- Support team members in daily operations and maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
- Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, discretion, and service.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in both men's and women's fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong styling skills and deep understanding of luxury fashion and customer expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays is required
- Proficiency with POS systems and clientelling tools (e.g., CRM software).
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Carry up to 10 lbs.
