You do not need to know automotive parts to be successful in this role.

If you've successfully managed a store, led a team, held people accountable, controlled inventory, and know how to build a winning culture, we'd like to talk with you.

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Pittsburg NAPA location. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing employees, improving processes, solving problems, and taking ownership of results.

We're not looking for a supervisor who watches from the office. We're looking for a leader who sets expectations, coaches employees, celebrates wins, addresses issues when needed, and creates a team people enjoy being part of.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hiring and developing great employees
• Training and coaching team members to be successful
• Creating accountability while keeping morale high
• Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels
• Leading daily store operations
• Improving processes and driving consistency
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working with ownership to grow sales and improve performance
• Having tough conversations when necessary and recognizing great performance when earned

What We're Looking For

You must have:

• At least 3 years of store management experience
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees
• Experience documenting performance issues and handling employee terminations when necessary
• Strong inventory management and inventory control experience
• The ability to positively lead a team and earn employee respect
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A processoriented mindset

Bonus Points If You Have

• Retail management experience
• Distribution or warehouse leadership experience
• Automotive parts experience

But honestly, if you're a great manager, we'll teach you the parts business.
