Job Duties:

• Check in stock order and special-order parts daily ensuring quantities and billing are accurate
• Prepare and ship online parts to guests and vendors
• Assist guests in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles.
• Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations regarding part selection, compatibility and installation procedures
• Process returns, exchanges and warranty claims for defective incorrect parts
• Handle cash credit card transactions and other forms of payment accurately
• Collaborate with other parts department staff, sales associates and service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• High school diploma required
• Strong work ethic
• Able to speak, read, and write the English language fluently
• Able to work Saturdays (7am-2pm)
  
  
  

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in automotive parts
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems
• Proficient in dealership management software, CRM systems and other automotive software applications
• Guest focused mindset with a commitment to delivery exceptional service and building long-term customer relationships
