- Greet customers and create an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Communicate recommendations, maintenance needs, and repair updates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
- Manage repair orders and follow-up communications
- Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Follow dealership processes and best practices
- Help drive service department growth and profitability
