Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lube Technician with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing basic automotive maintenance and a strong commitment to customer service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services efficiently and accurately
- Check, top off, and replace vehicle fluids (transmission, coolant, brake, etc.)
- Inspect vehicle components including filters, belts, tires, and wiper blades
- Recommend basic maintenance services based on inspections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a lube technician or in automotive maintenance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with shop equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
