- Conduct one-on-one sessions to support learners in exploring career options, preparing application materials, and practicing essential job search skills (e.g., resume writing, interviewing).
- Design, review, and update all career development materials, tools, and resources to ensure relevance and alignment with current market and industry standards.
- Develop new, engaging content and workshops addressing specific challenges and opportunities within diverse job markets, including the tech sector.
- Facilitate workshops and connect learners with relevant industry-specific resources to significantly enhance their overall employability across multiple sectors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary hiring practices and the impact of technological advancements (like AI) on recruitment and required skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners to understand hiring needs and identify career opportunities for learners.
- Track and report on individual learner progress toward career goals and employability milestones to inform program effectiveness and improvements.
- Proven experience in providing effective career coaching, guidance, and support.
- Strong understanding of various industries and career paths, including current trends, in-demand skills, recruitment strategies, assessment methods, and employer expectations
- Familiarity with online career resources, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to develop and update relevant career development materials and resources.
- Skill in guiding individuals to set realistic goals and create actionable career plans.
