Responsibilities

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Upsell additional items or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is required; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Experience with product demos, and upselling techniques is advantageous.
