- Guide customers through virtual or in-person test drives, vehicle selection, and purchase process.
- Coordinate with sales managers, finance, and lot merchandisers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and appointment goals.
- Stay informed on manufacturer programs, dealership promotions, and competitive models.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction as well as Company Culture.
- Proven sales and/or Customer Service experience; automotive or internet sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to learn and use CRM software, lead management systems, and digital retail tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
