Euclid Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time entry-level Human Resources Director. The HR Director is responsible for performing all essential Human Resources functions and overseeing the payroll process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and process the records for hours worked by employees at the facility.
- Assist new employees with the requisite forms necessary to set up payroll records, master employment files, and electronic records in timekeeping and HR/Payroll system.
- Help employees understand and enroll in the company’s benefits programs.
- Confidentially maintain employee records/personnel files.
- Maintain accurate new hire orientation, training and development documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform a variety of administrative services to perform and support all Human Resources functions.
- All other duties as assigned.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer
- Previous payroll/HR experience
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred
