Position Summary
The Environmental Services Team Leader is responsible for assisting with the coordination and distribution of work
assignments for a designated group of Environmental Services employees. The Team Leader is also responsible for
monitoring work flow to ensure completion of all assigned duties, providing training and orientation to both new and
current employees, performing quality assurance inspections, and function as a staff worker in completion of daily
responsibilities when needed.
The Team Leader also is responsible for reporting their work group's activities and performance to the Environmental
Services Supervisor and the Environmental Services Director of Operations.
Minimum Requirements
High School degree or equivalency is required.
He or she must be able to understand and follow written and oral communication and instructions.
Must be able to represent and promote Service Excellence Standards when interacting with staff, clients, and patients,
and must be able to promote the goals of the Department's Mission Statement.

The 21-bed facility is designed to meet the needs of the coastal community, whose year-round population of approximately 35,000 swells to about 350,000 in the summer season.
