Position Summary
Professional Development Associate II contributes to the overall functioning of a continuing education/professional development department in a substantive, measurable way with the goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health.
Responsibilities
Coordinate practice transition programs in collaboration with professional development teams.
Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external key stakeholders regarding professional development initiatives.
Manage administrative functions for the professional development team and department leadership.
Oversee student experiences and brand recognition efforts to sustain a pipeline of future nursing and allied health professionals.
Oversee the use of technology platforms such as learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software for education and competency management tools.
Develop and refine systems and processes for collecting accurate and reliable data related to departmental metrics, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
Analyze environmental trends and issues to promote continuous improvement and achieve quality, experience, and finance outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher is required
Microsoft Office Suite expert level experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
2 To 4 Years Related Work Experience Required

$18.38 - $26.79
