- Provides patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist through performing treatment, communicating with the supervising PT and other health care professionals, and appropriate documentation
- Participates in departmental/team/organizational quality improvement activities
- Delegates appropriate tasks to PT technicians and supervises
- Responsible for education of self, peers, patients, students, community members and assists with new employee orientation
- Assists with or performs special projects.
